Inhalations
They involve inhaling a therapeutic aerosol. The following are used for aerosol therapy: mineral waters, oils, medicines, other therapeutic agents.
- Inhalations fight and inhibit inflammation of the respiratory tract,
- Wet the mucosa,
- Have a hydrating effect on the body,
- They dilute thick secretions,
- Reduce the swelling of the bronchial mucosa,
- Regenerate the tonsillar epithelium in the upper respiratory tract ( nasal cavity ).
