Audiogram - Hearing test

Purpose of the study

Audiogram is a test that presents hearing abilities on a graphical chart. The resulting graph shows at what frequencies and at what intensity the test subject can hear. The test is performed in a soundproof booth, separately for each ear.

The indication for performing an audiogram is the suspicion of a hearing defect, the test allows to assess the degree and causes of hearing loss.

The result is issued after the test in the form of a chart.

An audiogram is performed for patients over the age of 7.
